Z304.1 Double Door Coordinator

The Z304 Door Coordinator ensures both leaves of self-closing doors close in the proper sequence, whichever leaf is opened first, guaranteeing secure latching and code compliance, especially in fire-rated applications.

Incorporates surface mounted rebate catch as standard to suit with fire rated pairs of rebated timber doors or steel doors with flat tee astragal
Suitable for timber doors with leaf widths between 700mm - 1000mm, thickness 38mm - 58mm, rebate up to 25mm maximum, and leaf weight up to 100kg
Extended rebate catches and longer arm lengths available for doors outside these dimensions
Supplied with 102mm arm. Longer adjuster arms 152mm and 203mm available
Suitable for door closers with EN power sizes 3-5
Easy to install — supplied with full fitting instructions and fixings.
Available in satin anodised aluminium (SAA) and plated satin stainless steel (SSS). Other finish options available to order

UL Listed for use on pairs of swinging fire doors rated up to 4 hours
Fire tested to BS EN 1634-1 on timber doors to achieve a 120 minute fire rating, and 240 minutes for steel doors.
Successfully tested to BS EN 1670:2007 for corrosion resistance to achieve Grade 4 (240 hour salt spray)
British-made and tested to 1,000,000 cycles.
